Our Electrostatic Separator is designed to provide precise, efficient, and reliable material separation across a wide range of recycling applications. Manufactured using high-quality powder-coated MS, the separator is ideal for processing cable recycling, tablet blister packing, and plastic scrap ACP sheets with minimal waste. The system features a robust automatic operation and handles particle sizes from 0.5 mm to 25 mm. It can be seamlessly integrated to separate plastics from ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel metals, as well as rubber from metal, and minerals like PVC from copper and aluminium. Equipped with a 3 HP motor and a 3-phase power source, our Electrostatic Separator delivers reliable performance, easy operation, and high processing capacity ranging from 200Kg to 2 Tons per hour, making it an ideal solution for industrial material recovery.
