PROCESS OVERVIEW
1

Bale Opening & Pre-Screening

Compressed PET bales are separated into individual bottles and passed through a Trommel Screen to remove loose contaminants like sand, glass, and oversized debris.

Pre-Washing & Primary Sorting

Bottles undergo mechanical pre-washing to remove surface dirt, followed by primary sorting to eliminate PVC, metals, colored plastics, and foreign objects.

Delabeling & Granulation

A dedicated system efficiently separates labels and adhesives. After secondary inspection, a heavy-duty Crusher reduces the bottles into uniformly sized flakes.

Density Separation & Hot Washing

Floating tanks remove lightweight PP/PE caps and rings. Flakes then undergo intensive hot washing with chemical dosing to eliminate glue, oils, and stubborn impurities.

Rinsing & High-Speed Drying

Multiple rinsing tanks eliminate detergent residues, while centrifugal spin dryers and pneumatic systems efficiently remove excess water to reduce thermal energy demand.

Final Sorting & Packaging

Air separators remove fine dust, while advanced optical sorters ensure high-precision color separation. The finished food-grade PET flakes are then collected in a silo for packaging.

4 Intensive Washing & Drying Flake Washing, Separation & Rinsing PET flakes undergo density separation, hot washing, multiple rinsing stages, and intermediate drying to remove glue, dirt, labels, organic residues, and other impurities.
